In August 2008 we purchased our second new boat from Arrowhead Boat Sales in Grove, OK. After our first purchase in 2007, we felt that Arrowhead was a class-act organization-everything went very smooth and they took care of the smallest of items promptly. They always stressed that if not completely satisfied let them know and they'll take care of it.
We did not know how good this organization was though until after the purchase of our second boat. There were more serious problems with this boat. It is easy to be a good dealer when things go right-not so easy when there are issues with a boat. Its easy to say "if not satisfied come back and we'll make it right" when things are going good. Its easy to be nice when things are going good.
Arrowhead Boat Sales is true to their word ESPECIALLY when things aren't going right. We would recommend them and their products to anyone who wants a great boat and a great organization to stand behind them. That is exactly what Rick Craven and his "partner" Renee are at the Arrowhead Boat Sales on north 59 in Grove, OK.
It always takes a team, not individuals to make a business work. This is what Arrowhead has from their salesman Rick Craven, sales manager Brandon, Thomas who orients you with what your new boat has, Bryan the service manager and of course, it takes an owner committed to customer satisfaction-and that is exactly who Joe Harwood is.
