I JUST WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU ALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF AT ARROWHEAD.

THESE ARE PEOPLE PLEASIN' PEOPLE.

I PURCHASED A HARRIS PONTOON BOAT W/ HONDA MOTOR FROM THIS COMPANY OIN NOVEMBER 2006. MY FIRST CONTACT WAS WITH JERRY COOKSON AT THE BOAT SHOW IN TULSA IN OCTOBER. JERRY WAS PLEASANT, INFORMATIVE, AND HE ACTUALLY ATTEMPTED TO SELL ME THE BOAT WHILE I WAS AT THE SHOW. WHEN I WOULD NOT BUY IT ON THE SPOT HE INVITED ME OVER TO THE DEALERSHIP TO TEST DRIVE THE BOAT. HE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE PLEASED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE BOAT AND MOTOR AND WOULD LOVE THE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. I DROVE THE BOAT WITH WIFE AND FAMILY AND WE DECIDED TO BUY IT.

I HAVE HAD 3 OPPORTUNITIES TO USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SINCE MY PURCHASE AND HAVE TO SAY THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD A MORE INTERESTED SERVICE STAFF THAN THE ONE AT ARROWHEAD. BRIAN THE SERVICE MANAGER HAS TAKEN MY PROBLEMS, NO MATTER HOW SMALL, TO HEART, AND SOLVED MY PROBLEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER WITH NO FUSS WHAT-SO-EVER. HIS HARRIS/HONDA SPECIALIST DOUG IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN. HE ALWAYS EXPLAINED WHAT THE REAL PROBLEM WAS , AND HOW HE FIXED IT. THE MAN IS A WALKING ENCYCLOPEDIA ON THE HONDA MOTORS AND HARRIS BOATS. THE SERVICE STAFF OF ARROWHEAD IS JUST THE KIND OF STAFF YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR WHEN MAKING A MAJOR INVESTMENT IN ANY OF THE PRODUCTS THEY REPRESENT. THOSE PEOPLE GIVE TRUE MEANING TO THE TERM " GIT-R-DONE"
