Boating Industry's editorial staff reviewed almost 400 applications, culled from more than 3,000 nominations. The applications asked both quantitative and qualitative questions regarding all aspects of marine dealer operations. Dealers were rated on not only performance but also quality initiatives such as continuous process improvements, marine industry and personnel certifications, on-off water training for customers, customer service initiatives and dealer dress code.
